Our Canadian distribution centre is located in Ottawa, Ontario. Our U.S. distribution is located in Miami, Florida.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the United States using Canada Post. We are able to arrange shipping to the EU and UK; please contact us for custom Shopify invoicing and shipping options.
I have my own account with a shipping carrier. Can I use this to ship my items?
Yes you can! Please select "Custom Shipping" at checkout. We will contact you within one business day to give you the specifications for the shipping label(s), which you can send to us via email.
Can I pick up my order in Ottawa?
Absolutely! In accordance with social distancing and public health guidelines, we are offering curbside pick up. Please select the local pick up option at checkout and further instructions will be provided. If you have any questions about our curbside pick up process, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
I live in the Ottawa area and want to have my products delivered. Do you have a local delivery option?
We certainly do! For orders totalling more $500.00 or more before tax, we can deliver your order by truck within the National Capital Region for a flat fee of $50.00. To do this, please select the local delivery option at checkout, which will appear after you input your postal code. If the option does not appear, you live outside of our local delivery zone or you have not met the minimum order requirement. However, if you live within the National Capital Region and believe this is in error, please contact us to find out if we are able to deliver to you.
What are your shipping timelines?
We usually ship your order in 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed. However, this can vary slightly depending on the size of the order. For orders of more than 10,000 items, please contact us to discuss delivery timelines.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac Online, as well as Visa and Mastercard.
We also accept Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
I want to order some of your products in large quantities. How do I go about this? What size of orders can you fulfill?
We can fulfill orders of more than 1,000,000 products. For large orders, particularly those greater than 10,000 items, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
I would like to order masks for my company. Can your masks be custom branded?
Yes! We are proud to offer custom branding on some of our masks and our face shields. Please contact us to discuss your needs and to get a custom quote.
What are your sanitization procedures?
At nestaPPE, we take sanitation very seriously. Our distribution centres are meticulously cleaned, hand sanitizer is readily available, and our team is practicing social distancing while processing and packing orders. The nestaPPE team is equipped with nestaPPE masks and face shields at all times.
Can my mask be used in surgery? How are they intended to be used?
nestaPPE masks are not intended to be used in surgical settings and cannot be used to perform surgical procedures. However, nestaPPE masks can act as an important barrier when in public and non-surgical settings, especially to help prevent wearers from spreading disease to those around them.
